There may be a deeper meaning when God reveals something to you.

When God discloses something to you, it affects not only your personal life but also the Kingdom of God.

For instance, God revealed to me a situation where this woman would express frustration over the fact that whenever she shared divine insights with this person, they dismissed it. When I inquired of God the reason behind this, He explained that it stemmed from the person not holding the woman in the same esteem as they would someone they admire. Unfortunately, the woman was also guilty of the same behavior.

Every time a particular person tried to communicate with the woman what God was revealing to them about her, she would reject it, feel offended and become angry. God revealed that she were replicating the same behavior and treating the other person in the same way she was being treated.

Suddenly, I realized that God does not disclose things to us randomly. Every action and word of His carries a purpose. The purpose behind revealing this to me was to prevent me from repeating the same behavior. He did not want me to mirror the behavior of that individual by becoming arrogant and hypocritical. Further, if He brought it to my attention, it was for a purpose.

God has the ability to see our past, present, and future simultaneously, and what He saw in me needed to be changed.

As He was giving me this insight, I realized that God was helping me and changing me, and it sparked my curiosity to want to know more.

It dawned on me later that my desire to learn more was actually the Holy Spirit prompting me to seek further understanding. I came to understand that whenever God gives us instructions or reveals something to us, it is always for our own good and for the advancement of His kingdom (Jeremiah 29:11; Psalm 23:6, 34:8, 145:6-7; Matthew 7:11).

God wants us to show the world the power of His love. Therefore, He reminded me that the most effective way in achieving this is to reflect and mirror Jesus and His love through our interactions with others.

He also cautioned me to be aware that people are watching and observing our behavior.

In this situation with the offended woman, God pointed out how she would complain about how she was being treated but never acknowledge, and at times intentionally choose not to acknowledge, that she does the same thing due to pride. Her pride and stubbornness resulted in three outcomes: arrogance, sensitivity to rejection, and hypocrisy.

It turned out that she disregarded the individual who conveyed messages from God to her due to feelings of insecurity and jealousy. This individual had previously been her mentee and was surpassing her, which triggered her jealousy. Her need to feel superior stemmed from her own insecurities.

The point being made here is that when God reveals something to you, it is important to inquire about the reason behind it, as it serves a purpose both for your good and for the advancement God's Kingdom.

A call for salvation

When you accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, His spirit will come to live inside you. This is one of the greatest blessings of salvation. You don't have to go through someone else to get to God, and He will live in your heart where you and Him become one and have a relationship.

All you have to do is make the choice of salvation by repenting of your sins and accepting Jesus into your life by confessing that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that He came from Heaven to die for your sins (Romans 10:9).

Here's a prayer you can repeat:

"Jesus, I confess that you are Lord, and I believe you died and was risen for my sins. I repent and ask for forgiveness of my sins, and I accept you as my personal Lord and Savior. Come into my heart and remove my sins. Thank you for forgiving me and making me into a new person in Jesus' name, Amen."

Once you have done this, please pray and ask God to guide you to a ministry where you can grow and start living the abundant life Jesus promised and died for.
