Jesus taught the good news, and what He taught serves as a blueprint for us to follow.
Jesus journeyed through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and sickness (Matthew 9:35).
One noticeable aspect of Jesus is how focus He was on His calling. Despite facing numerous challenges, obstacles, and even betrayal, He never wavered from His mission.
Jesus was a teacher. He gave information, educated, and explained how the kingdom of God is. He taught how a citizen of God’s kingdom should think, treat people, and what being a citizen of this kingdom means (John 8:32).
Teachings on the Kingdom of Heaven
The Good news that Jesus taught was about the Kingdom of Heaven and through reading the Bible, we get to see what the Kingdom of Heaven is all about.
The Bible provides us with valuable insights into the principles that guide the Kingdom of Heaven, serving as a blueprint for us to follow.
He taught about the realm in which our Sovereign King rules and how, although it’s from another place, it’s here in the midst of us (John 18:36; Luke 10:9; Matthew 4:17; Mark 1:14-15; Luke 17:20-21; Romans 14:17).
Jesus, our Redeemer, preached the message of repentance, salvation, and restoration that can only be attained through him. He came to guide us in turning away from sin, finding salvation, and being reconciled with our heavenly Father to enjoy eternal life with him, rather than facing eternal separation (John 3:16; Romans 6:23; John 11:25-26; Matthew 10:28; Ezekiel 18:32). Additionally, he imparted other teachings, such as having the keys to the kingdom (Matthew 16:19).
When individuals accept the gospel of the kingdom, they are granted citizenship in God's eternal kingdom and are appointed as His representatives (John 1:12; 2 Corinthians 5:20).
As ambassadors of Christ, it is our responsibility to share the gospel with those who are unaware of it, and to assist fellow members of the body of Christ in deepening their understanding of the kingdom to which we now belong.
Jesus taught the good news while performing miracles to demonstrate the truth of his teachings. His miracles weren’t for self-promotion but served a specific purpose.
Once saved, we can do what Jesus did by representing him and proclaiming his excellency to the world, and allowing the light of Jesus within us to shine before others so they may see our good works, become saved, glorify Jesus, and continue the mission (1 Peter 2:9; Matthew 5:16).
There is an abundance of harvest, but only a few workers available. So, let us pray for God to send more workers into the field (Matthew 9:37-38).

A call for salvation
When you accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, His spirit will come to live inside you. This is one of the greatest blessings of salvation. You don't have to go through someone else to get to God, and He will live in your heart where you and Him become one and have a relationship.
All you have to do is make the choice of salvation by repenting of your sins and accepting Jesus into your life by confessing that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that He came from Heaven to die for your sins (Romans 10:9).
Here's a prayer you can repeat:
"Jesus, I confess that you are Lord, and I believe you died and was risen for my sins. I repent and ask for forgiveness of my sins, and I accept you as my personal Lord and Savior. Come into my heart and remove my sins. Thank you for forgiving me and making me into a new person in Jesus' name, Amen."
Once you have done this, please pray and ask God to guide you to a ministry where you can grow and start living the abundant life Jesus promised and died for.
